Effective Date: September 5, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Regulation-First™ Feeding and related services provided by Helping Hands Therapy Services, PLLC. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Purpose
Regulation-First™ Feeding provides educational tools to help parents and caregivers better understand factors that may contribute to feeding challenges, observe regulation and mealtime patterns, organize food and feeding information, support low-pressure exploration, track progress, access resources, and prepare information to discuss with appropriate professionals.
Not medical or therapeutic care
Use of Regulation-First™ Feeding does not establish a therapist-client, clinician-patient, dietitian-client, or other healthcare-provider relationship with Helping Hands Therapy Services, PLLC or its owners, employees, contractors, contributors, or affiliates. The app does not provide individualized medical diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for individualized professional evaluation or care.
Feeding and swallowing safety
Seek appropriate professional guidance for concerns such as choking or suspected swallowing difficulty, coughing or repeated difficulty while eating or drinking, wet or gurgly breathing or voice, weight loss or poor growth, dehydration, significant nutritional concerns, significant pain, repeated vomiting, blood or concerning gastrointestinal symptoms, rapid or extreme reduction in foods or liquids, or other concerns about eating or drinking safety. For emergencies, contact appropriate emergency services.
AI-powered guidance
AI-generated information is educational and may contain errors. Do not rely on it to diagnose a condition, determine whether eating or drinking is safe, or replace professional medical, nutritional, feeding, or therapeutic advice.
Regulation-First™ approach and results
The app generally emphasizes Regulation → Safety → Connection and Predictability → Curiosity and Exploration → Gradual Progression. We do not guarantee that a child will eat particular foods, increase food variety, or achieve any specific feeding, behavioral, developmental, nutritional, emotional, or therapeutic outcome.
Parent and caregiver responsibility
You are responsible for appropriate supervision, deciding whether activities are appropriate, providing accurate information, seeking professional evaluation when needed, and following medical and feeding-safety recommendations from your child’s qualified professionals.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape or systematically extract proprietary content, use the Services unlawfully, or misrepresent app-generated information as professional diagnosis or individualized clinical advice.

Unless otherwise indicated, original Regulation-First™ Feeding content, educational materials, frameworks, graphics, tools, and written content are owned by or licensed to Helping Hands Therapy Services, PLLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Helping Hands Therapy Services, PLLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
